Our Policies

*Please note that all of our training sessions and packages expire after 120 days unless otherwise stated.*

Payment for training sessions & packages are to be paid upon booking unless otherwise arranged with Mannered Mutts. Sessions are not booked until a full registration form is completed & submitted back to us.

Equipment

We only allow the use of dog training equipment/ tools that do not cause pain/ discomfort.

Permitted:

Harness, flat collar, cloth martingale, standard leash, muzzle, head collars*

Not permitted:

Chain martingale collars, prong collars, choke chain collars, shock collars, slip leads, bark collars, e-collars, citronella collars

Cancellations

Private Training

Private training sessions must be cancelled a minimum of 48hrs in advance. This gives us the opportunity to fill your training session.

Group Classes

Group classes are non - refundable once you are enrolled.
